Hello,
Please, can anyone help me on how to run a Tobit regression taking into consideration fixed effect, year effect and country effect ?
The command I used is;
tobit (dependent variable) (independent variable), ul(1000)
If this may help further for a better answer, my total observation is 2,346
And my dependent variable is coded 1 for the situation to happen and 0 otherwise which n is barely 100 if it is 1 (the zeros are over 2000)

With a 0/1 dv, logit or probit are the way to go. Luckily, there are fixed effect logit and probit available (xtlogit xtprobit). You may want to look at rare events logit/probit.
