Membership functions and fuzzy sets in Stata

Hi,
I have a data set on which I want to make Qualitative Comparative Analysis using fuzzy logic. But I am a starter in this subject using stata. I have almost no idea about how I convert my data series to the interval [0 1] and go further in my analysis. I had several attemt using 'fuzzy' command but they are unsuccessful. Could you help me just how to start?
