Non-parametric regression using "npregress" in STATA 15

Please suggest some empirical research papers published using Non-parametric regression using "npregress" in STATA 15 in recent times.

You are not going to find them yet. Stata 15 is only a year old. Researchers typically don't start a new project when a new version of Stata with new features becomes available. So unless they are really lucky and the new features became available just when they needed it, it takes (quite some) time before a project is started which uses the new features. It then takes time for researchers to do an analysis and write them up. After that it takes more time to go throught the review process, typically resulting in a "revise and resubmit" which takes even more time.
