repeated measures ANOVA - 2 eyes per subject

I collected longitudinal data at 6 time points from the 2 eyes of each patient. I am trying to see whether this variable changes over time.
I suppose I can do this by performing ANOVA with repeated measures, but how do I account for the interaction of the 2 eyes from each patient?

Do you mean the time × side (OS/OD) interaction term? Following this StataCorp FAQ, the ANOVA model would be set up as follows.

anova this_variable patient_id side / patient_id#side time / patient_id#time side#time, repeated(/* side */ time)
