  • Poisson regression equivalent of LROC command

    Hello,

For multivariable logistic regression, you can get an AUC of the final multivariate model using the lroc command.

What is the equivalent test for a poisson multivariable model (the outcome of interest is also binary like mortality)?

I guess to be a bit more general, I'm interested in ways of expressing statistically the general explanatory/discriminatory power of my multivariate poisson model.

    Thanks.

You didn't get a quick answer. You'll increase your chances of a useful answer by following the FAQ on asking questions - provide Stata code in code delimiters, readable Stata output, and sample data using dataex. Also, write out any acronyms.

I don't understand - why would you want to use a poisson model with a binary dv? For any binary model, you can calculate the 2x2 predicted vs actual table.
