You'll increase your chances of a useful answer by following the FAQ on asking questions – provide Stata code in code delimiters, readable Stata output, and sample data using dataex. We are mainly not from your area, so telling us exactly what you want to calculate would help. It may be that a Stata procedure gives you something close to what you want, but just not under that name.
Googling grey prediction stata doesn't give me anything obvious.
I was simply trying to put forward y/n question and if YES, I would be greatly benefited from their advice.
And by reading FAQ, there is close proximity that my question is quite elementary.

This might be more approachable with a link to what grey forecasting is? Or the reference alluding to Dr. Deng? Not everyone here is an econometrician. The lack of responses to this hints that this method is either obscure, new or not currently implemented in Stata.
