i m a student in master 2 degree ,
after estimating the Treatment effect on mortality by IPTW method , now i would like to perform subgroup analysis to see the effect of the new treatment on mortality when stratifying on gender (male, female) & other factors.
gender was one of the variables included in propensity score , do i need to recalculate a propensity score that equilbrate my 2 groups of treatment in the strata male and female knowing that before propensity score gender wasn't equilibrated ?
