Restricted cubic spline from stcox overlaid onto histogram

I am attempting to create a graph that combines a restricted cubic spline from a multivariable adjusted cox model (using mkspline) with a histogram. An example figure of what I would like to create is here (figure 3): http://www.journals.plos.org/plosone...l.pone.0055113. Might anyone have any ideas how this could be possible in Stata 15?

Did you make the spline in #3 yourself?
In any case, unless you provide some data to work with it is about impossible to give an answer to your request (by anyone on the forum).
