Dear all,
I will conduct a 2 x 2 full factorial design experiment. I need to conduct a power analysis in Stata to determine a sample size. What I usually do is to do a power analysis with "sampsi" command in Stata. However, it only serves for two group independent samples. In my case I will have 4 samples. What I usually did in the past was just to duplicate the proposes sample size by two. In other words, if sampsi commands returns the results for each n=100, then I would simply multiplicate it by 4, for 4 groups. I am however not sure if it is a right way of doing things. Does Stata have another command for factorial designs?
Thanks a lot.
