how to read a stata 15 data file in stata 13

dear satalists.:
I was trying to use the stata 13 to analyze some data files which were saved as stata 15 data file.
When I open it , there error massage showed as ".dta too modern"
I had updated my 13 version, but it still won't work.
What will be a better solution of this problem? Assumed that I want to keep using my licentiate stata 13 and not plan to purchase the 15 version in the near future.
Is there a transform module for this kind of issues, or should I download some other stat package to transfer this data?

You can read Stata 15 datasets in Stat/Transfer or in R (with the package haven) or, naturally, in Stata 15.
