Stata 15 Do Editor - background colour for syntax colours

I notice that the ability to change the background colour for different text styles in the Do Editor has now been removed in Stata 15.

Does anyone know why this change was made?

It is a shame as I found that very helpful for distinguishing particular text like comments and compound strings.

What flavor of Stata are you running, and what platform are you running on. I still have the ability to change the color for different text styles in the Do Editor. Just select Preferences on the do-editor's Edit menu and go to the Colors tab.
