metobit command

Hi,
I need help with the command metobit.
I cannot have access to the command metobit to run a multilevel mixed-effects tobit regression.
I am using STATA/IC 14.2. When I tried to run the metobit command, stata return " command metobit is unrecognized".

I gather the reason is the availability of - metobit - in Stata 15, but not in Stata 14 neither in previous versions, as you may compare the manuals, respectively.
