Problem when installing moremata package

Hi,
I am using Stata 13/MP.
type the code :ssc install moremata
it show that:

checking moremata consistency and verifying not already installed...
connection timed out -- see help r(2) for troubleshooting
could not copy http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/m/mf_mm_insheet.hlp
(no action taken)
r(2);

How to fix it ?

Have you followed Stata's advice and run the command

help r(2)

and then read the output? If you did so, and have specific questions about the advice, please post them and perhaps another member can help.

I have read the output and reset the timeout, but it still does not work!
