Dear all,
I conducted a research on the impact of weather-related variables (such as temperature, relative humidity) and morbidity/mortality of some diseases. I used ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) model for that purpose. I made it work, however, I would like to go further from that point by using the Distributed lag non-linear model (DLNM), which has used commonly in environmental epidemiology. The package 'dlnm' of the model in R software was created by Antonio Gasparrini around 2009. I am not familiar with R, so I wonder whether Stata has a command for the model?
I also give you some documents about the model.
Thank you all in advance!
