  • New package qrisk2cmd on SSC

Thanks as always to Kit Baum, a new package qrisk2cmd is now available for download from SSC. In Stata, use the ssc command to do this.

The qrisk2cmd package is described as below on my website. The QRISK2 package is a Java package for computing clinical risk scores. It is a product sold by ClinRisk, a spin-off company that has its origins in the University of Nottingham, England (like myself).

    Best wishes

    Roger

    TITLE
qrisk2cmd: Running the QRISK2 command from within Stata

    DESCRIPTION/AUTHOR(S)
qrisk2cmd calls the QRISK2 command to convert from a QRISK2 input
data file to a QRISK2 output data file. qrisk2import inputs a
QRISK2 input or output data file into a Stata dataset in memory.
qrisk2export exports a QRISK2 input data file, using variables with
standard QRISK2 names from the dataset in memory. This package
requires the QRISK2 program to be installed, and also requires the
    SSC package keyby.
