  • Decision curve analysis

    Hi everybody!
I have Stata 12 for mac. I need do to a decision curve analysis for the first time but I cannot install it as a command. I followed the http://www.mskcc.org/research/epidem...curve-analysis example but I always have an error saying unrecognized command: dca r(199).
Anyone knows what should I do?
    Thanks,
    Ilaria

      Dear Statisticians ,
I have created a risk score equation based on my three predictors, which are continuous, to predict a binary outcome. To check for its clinical utility of my model, I have created a decision curve analysis graph for my risk score, with net benefit on the y-axis and threshold values on the x-axis. However, the problem is that I do not know how to interpret the graph so that I can write about it in my paper. I have read many papers, but I do not know how to interpret the graph. Please advise.
