Graph function stopped working

Hello,

I am using stata 14.0 and I accidentally saved an "sts graph" under the name "Graph" and now whenever I try to make a graph stata says

sts graph

failure _d: fail
analysis time _t: syears
object Graph (not a graph) exists:
Graph cannot be used as a graph name r(110);

I have tried to change the names of the graphs I accidentally saved, as well as throwing them away. I may have thrown the function away because the graph icon is no longer functioning at all, I can't even open it. I have searched the web but I cannot find any solutions.
I would very much appreciate help.

Try re-installing Stata?

Definitely either reinstall (copy your ado files somewhere so you can quickly get back to work) or try to get the overwritten ado file from stata support, if that is what went wrong.

The problem is not an overwritten ado file. My guess is that the problem would disappear at the close of a session.
