I want to measure households welfare from their consumption expenditure and I have their consumption dataset. I try to compute the expenditure elasticities using Poi's QUAIDS procedure. Finally for getting the welfare of the households I need to calculate Compensating Variation (CV) and Equivalent Variation (EV). But I don't have the Stata code for CV or EV calculation. It would be a great help for me if someone share that stata code or just tell me where can I get that command. I would really appreciate any help on this.
