paired jackknife replication method (JK2)

What is the correct syntax for paired jackknife replication method (JK2) as opposed to JK1 or JKn?

Is the following the correct syntax? svyset [pweight = wtvar], jkrw(repwt1 - repwtn) vce(jack) mse

I've looked in the program and documentation files and see nothing to indicate that Stata implements JK2. If the replicates are set up properly (two per stratum), then the ordinary survey jackknife (one replicate per PSU), should be fine. The example in the Manual entry for svy jackknife (Example 2 in the Stata 14 manual) uses nhanes2jknife.dta, which has two PSUs in each of 31 strata.
