This issue is different from #102900. Do not mark as duplicate.
A dialog marked as MODAL can lose modality if it calls db use from within it's program.
Note that the dialog for the use command is different from the rest of Stata dialogs.
Perhaps this should either not be allowed, or the dialog should retain modality (better).
