i have panel data set as follow,

. xtset cn year
panel variable: cn (unbalanced)
time variable: year, 1970 to 2012
delta: 1 unit
cn:country name
i am trying to run a regression GR8095(growth rate from 1980 to 1995) PUBED8095 II80 POP80 HC80
sofar stata helps but when i try to add PUBED7074(previous education expenditure) to the regression above, "no observation message " r(20000 appear)!
i would be gratefull if anyone can help me to explain why i get this message!
