I need help to verify my calculation method: I am calculating the proportion of a mediation using the PARAMED command in a mediation analysis. I have direct effect (NDE), indirect effect (NIE) and total effect (NTE).
I am interested in calculating the NIE. Is this the correct calculation: Proportion Mediated(%)=(NIE/NTE)×100? If so, the proportion mediated should be 90,18%. I will be very grateful for references.
