Is it just me? Or others also see the CDC forum on this board? (screenshot). I don't recall it being there before.

Regardless, is there a feature to create own forum sections for private discussions? If yes, how to do it?

I suspect that that is something for CDC and those able to use it have been informed and invited. You can chat on Statalist using messages.
