I have three questions please: (1) How can I derive standard error of E(WTP) value after applying the wtpcikr code?
(2) How can I derive standard errors of E(WTP) values from the Turnbull estimation?
(3) Are there Stata codes to derive confidence interval and standard errors of E(WTP) from the two versions of truncated mean calculations?
