Generate percentiles, identify 45 &55th percentile and weighted avg of 45th to 55th percentiles

Hi everyone, of late I followed threads given in the forum to generate percentiles for a variable(say food expenditure), followed by identifying the 45th and 55th percentiles from the sample, and finally calculate weighted average of 45th "TO" 55th percentiles. But I am not able to calculate all of those required variables using STATA. Can anyone here help me sort this out. I am using survey data. Please help
