For my dissertation I am analyzing students in their working/borrowing behavior. For this I estimated a related biprobit model, where yvar1 = decision to work and yvar2 = decision to borrow.
One of the independent variables is grant (x1), indicating a grant amount every student receives. I would like to predict the effect of when students do not receive this grant anymore, i.e. predict conditional on setting x1=0.
I am struggling with the right commands (use predict or margins?), any comments would be really helpful!!
