decimals point results after using a non-parametric analysis was to measure trends across ordered groups

For example, right now the results are shown as: prob > |z|= 0.030. I would like to carry out the decimals points for results to an additional two more just to make sure the analysis are correct since I'm getting a lot of 0.030. I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this.
